***** Den Chaplin-Klassiker zu covern, stellt ein einigermassen risikoarmes Unterfangen dar; ist das Songgerüst doch derart stark, dass man - ein gewisses Basisniveau vorausgesetzt - kaum abstürzen kann. In der Konstellation Streisand / Bennett ist die Niveaufrage bereits nominell beantwortet. Besonders erfreulich empfinde ich vorliegend - neben den Stimmen - das durch eine dominante Solovioline geprägte Orchestralarrangement; eine klare Fünf. | |
